Marsh Trail Bird Outing
January 17, 2022 @ 6:15AM — 10:30AM Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Join us for our social distancing bird outing to Marsh Trail at 6:15am. This is a 2.3 mile path that offers scenic views and is good for all skill levels.
This outing will meet in the parking lot for the Marsh Trail off of Rt. 41 south below the Marco Island turn off of Rt. 41 (See directions on website). We will hike less than a mile down a gravel path to an observation tower to see the roosting birds leave their nests as the sun rises. Many birds fly and settle in the watery marsh in front of the tower creating interesting and unique photo opportunities for the participants and you may even add a unique bird to your bird list!
This trip we will practice social distancing, no need to wear masks outside unless you want.
