Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge is part of the largest undeveloped mangrove ecosystem in the United States. It is world famous for its spectacular migratory bird populations, especially waterfowl.

The paved loop drive is about 2 miles long. We will stop at several spots along the drive, where Refuge volunteers are eager to share the spotting scopes and love of the shorebirds, wading birds and waterfowl. Bring your own bike. Contact Mimi if you need her to transport your bike in her truck (first come first served).

Plan on at least 1.5 hours from Naples to get there. Tolls will apply over bridge.
